I purchased the Find And Assign package several months ago, and have been having fun with it ever since. I am a Real estate agent with a very investor savvy brokerage and spend most of my time doing rehabs, selling rehabs or looking for rehabs. I found the course to be to the point and simple to follow. The property analyzer is an invaluable tool.

I must say that they really give more info than I’ve received in a long time. The info they provide is more than courses I’ve paid $995.00 or more for. Should them ever need a reference as to what they provide, please feel free to use me as a reference. The entire program was just awesome, easy to understand & right on time.
