   I think this cookbook is the best I’ve ever seen. We have a huge collection of cookbooks, both paper back and e-books. I must have read more than 30 Chinese cooking books. But I never found one close to this.

   I am surprised to know that he spent 4 years on this cookbook. But I can see why. Look at the detailed cooking directions and beautiful pictures! I think it must be very hard for him to write in English since he is international.

   I am extremely pleased with this purchase. It is so hard to find authentic Chinese cooking info. I am a vegan and I will get a lot of use out of this books. Many thanks for putting out all the effort I know went into this.

   Just wanted to write and let you know we are enjoying the cookbook very much. We tried the Cantonese Spring Rolls last night and boy was it good. So far my wife’s favorite has been the Boiled Dumplings.

   I can’t wait to try the baby back ribs…grin.
