I have been decorating cakes professionally for 3 years. I bought this book as a bit of a refresher course on a few techniques. When I read it I couldn’t believe how much I didn’t know. This book opened my eyes to better ways I could do things that would save me so much time and effort. I’m eternally greatful. This was a great investment for me.

What an amazing resource. I have read tons of books, done workshop classes, been to whole day events but nothing comes close to this one complete course! I got so much out Secrets of Cake Decoration I just can’t tell you how thrilled I am. The expert advice in this guide is unmatched. It covers everything you need to know to create beautiful cakes. It’s so easy to read and has great pictures to follow. I need nothing more.
