    Wow, what an incredible book of quinoa recipes they have here! While I haven’t had the privilege of trying all of them, my favorites are certainly the Quinoa and Tomato Soup, as well as the Nutty Salad. Simple yet divine.

    I have only recently stumbled upon the incredible health benefits of quinoa, and had been searching for some tasty recipes. I have definitely found it here!

    Can’t wait to try the deserts!

    They’ve created a complete system here! I thought I knew a lot about quinoa before, but after reading the cookbook and all the bonuses, I have learned so much more.

    The recipes are great, and all the bonus information that they give concerning the different ways to cook quinoa just puts this over the top. I can’t wait to try out all of the recipes and pick out my favorites!

    My wife and I have come across Quinoa and have been experimenting with numerous ways to create new dishes.

    This cookbooks are great! My family and I enjoyed the recipes for meatballs and lemon tilapia this week. The explanation of how adding quinoa to your daily diet is so beneficial makes you want to skip rice! As someone who is prediabetic and could lose a few pounds, I need to eat healthy and choose foods that are filling, high in protein and low in carbs.

    Quinoa does that and I find these recipes to be tasty and non-boring. It’s also a way to get added proteins into my kid’s diets too.
